My Favorite Smoothie Recipe



If you're looking for a great smoothie recipe that has all the good ingredients your body needs but actually tastes good you have come to the right blog! 

Here is what you'll need:
  • pure coconut water (can substitute with water)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh kale
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • protein powder of your choice (I use Herbalife Allergen-Free)
The best part of this smoothie is you cannot taste the kale or the coconut water!

  • Unsaturated Fat - 1g

  • Protein - 15g
